Our Production Time is 1-2 business days.
Although the shipping time varies according to the density of the dealer, it is 3-5 working days after the production time.
*RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The product you choose is produced specifically for you. We do not have printed products in stock. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order; contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

- Wash in lukewarm water.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
- You should receive your order within 5 to 11 business days from receipt of payment
- Our business days are Monday through Friday.
- We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Scrap Sack Sales, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.

We use a flat shipping rate of:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 for the first item and $4.99 for the additional item
- Express Shipping: $16.99 for the first item and $8.99 for the additional item
You will get free shipping if your order is full $199.95.
5. Missing Item Policy
- Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
