* We either choose Bella Canvas or Gildan Soft Style according to our stock when sending shirts, if you want a specific brand please tell us, otherwise we will send what is available in our stock. *

-Heathered Colors: Heathered Colors are cotton/polyester blend (52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% poly)

Check your size before ordering. Be sure to check the size charts and color scales in the pictures section. Shirts are true-to-size for unisex fit. Unisex fit will be a looser fit, so for ladies wanting a fit closer to ladies fit sizing, please size down from your normal ladies fit size. To be sure of your size, please refer to our size chart from Bella Canvas and Gildan.
Print Format:
Our products include DTF prints, particularly used in clothing. These prints are produced in specific sizes and designs. The sizes are indicated in the description of each product. If there is a production error in our products, please contact us immediately and help us resolve the issue.

The prints you see on the garments in our store's product list are representative, and the design dimensions to be printed are as follows, with the longest side:
Some design types may require size adjustments. Therefore, the product sizes can be tailored to meet the design requirements, as specified in the product descriptions.
1. How do you ship?
Usually, there are 2 main shipping methods we use:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
- You should receive your order within 5 to 11 business days from receipt of payment
- Our business days are Monday through Friday.
- We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Scrap Sack Sales, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.
3. How will I know my order has been shipped?
- You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
4. What are my shipping cost options?
We use a flat shipping rate of:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 for the first item and $4.99 for the additional item
- Express Shipping: $16.99 for the first item and $8.99 for the additional item
You will get free shipping if your order is full $199.95.
5. Missing Item Policy
- Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
