● In each listing, you can find pictures showing the variety of colors and body sizes.
● Measurements are in inches.
● With arms down at side, measure around the upper body, under arms and around the fullest part of the chest.

● Due to the nature of the fabric as well as your monitor or mobile screen colors may differ slightly.
● We use high-quality DTF Printing.
● Our processing time is 1 day. Your orders is ready to ship next day.

● Since each product is printed to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
● Please contact us if you have problems with your order. We would be very happy to solve it.
● For cancellation request, please contact us 6 hours after ordering. Orders in the printing process cannot be canceled.

● Iron on low heat with shirt inside-out.
● Never iron directly over Heat Transfer Graphic.
● DO NOT dry clean.
● Machine wash COLD with mild detergent.
● Turn inside out when washing.
● Dry on low setting or hang to dry.
● Wait 24 hours before first wash.
● Do not use bleach.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
- You should receive your order within 5 to 11 business days from receipt of payment
- Our business days are Monday through Friday.
- We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Scrap Sack Sales, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.

4. What are my shipping cost options?
We use a flat shipping rate of:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 for the first item and $4.99 for the additional item
- Express Shipping: $16.99 for the first item and $8.99 for the additional item
You will get free shipping if your order is full $199.95.
5. Missing Item Policy
- Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
